Azienda Frassinelli was founded in 1966 by Aldo Frassinelli and is now run by his children, Roberta looking after sales and marketing and Gianluca winemaking. This comes from their vines in the famous DOCG village of Valdobiadene with vines between 10-25 years of age planted on the regions unique white limestone. Made from 100% Glera which has its second fermentation, lasting 30 days, in Autoclave, leaving a touch of residual sugar 16g/ltr. With a floral perfumed nose fresh pear and hints of peach on the with a soft creamy finish, this is really classy and pleasurable.
