Azienda Roberto Sarotto Runcneuv Langhe Arneis 2020
Arneis is one of the indigenous varietals of Piedmont offering herbal fresh, attractive fruit with hints of almonds
Roberto Sarotto's Runcneuv comes from old Arneis, one of the indigenous varietals of Piedmont, vines grown in Nevigle east of Asti. Situated 20 m up with a southwestern exposure on the classic Piedmontese chalky soils.
After a short cool maceration on the skins this has prolonged contact with the yeast lees for 3-4 months before bottling. This is stylish with attractive floral herbal nose and a complex dry palate with hints of almonds and bay.
