The Gundagai Vineyard is situated 350m up, considered high here, in the rolling hills overlooking the Murrubigee River in New. The fruit is picked early in the morning and transferred to the winery where it is pressed and run into stainless steel tanks for fermentation then run into oak barriques for its second fermentation and further 10-12 months in oak before bottling.
