The Veuve Fourny Rosé Brut 1er Cru NV comes mostly from Vertus and is a blend Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from three consecutive vintages all fermented in a mix of tank and small oak casks with 7 months on their lees, with minimal use of Sulphur, before blending with some still Pinot noir for colour before fermentation in bottle and a further 3 years aging before disgorgement and a low dosage of 6 g/l makes them dry and very fresh. These are beautiful complex, lively and fresh wines with lots of depth and should not be missed.
