Chassagne-Montrachet Les Pierres 2017 Domaine Jean-Marc Pillot
Jean-Marc Pillot's Chassagne-Montrachet comes from the lieu dit of Les Pierres a chalky soiled vineyard west of the village the vines were planted in 1959, giving real depth though maintaining an elegance and mineral core. Fermented with natural yeasts and aged in 25% new oak. This is already drinking nicely with really good length, but will cellar well too.
