Cellier de Prince is the only co-op in the Chateauneuf AC so it has an excellent selection of grapes to draw from. Spicy plummy fruit with appealing warmth from mostly Grenache 80%along with Mouvèdre 10% and Syrah 10% grapes, aged in a mix of large old wooden vats and stainless steel tanks. Great value.
