Ivo Varbanov Seriosa e piccola Viognier 2018
Ivo's very attractive Viognier offers full exotically fruited Viognier is reigned in and balanced by its natural acidity.
Ivo's very attractive Viognier is fermented in stainless steel and a 600ltr used Bulgarian oak cask, this along with minimul fining and filtration preserves the delicate texture of this grape. This full exotically fruited Viognier is reigned in and balanced by its natural acidity, long and satisfying.
Multi-tasker Ivo Varbenov is a successful Concert Pianist, wine maker and the leading light promoting the burgeoning Bulgarian wine scene in the UK. Sadly his Great Aunt left all her vineyards to the Othodox Church so after much research, he purchased vines in the South Saker Mountains of Bulgaria's Thracian Lowlands region close to the Greek and Turkish border.
Each vintage he renames each wine with pieces of music, according to their mood and style.
